Charles Cartier brings over 30 years of executive leadership across aviation, finance, consulting, and government. As a former CEO of Air Mauritius and Managing Director at Accenture, he has led global operations spanning Europe, Africa, and Asia, overseeing teams of up to 2,000 professionals and annual budgets of hundreds of millions.

Charles was the founding Chairman of Mauritius’s Economic Development Board, where he helped craft national investment policy and enabled the country to leap into the global top 15 for Ease of Doing Business. He also served on the board of the Bank of Mauritius and chairs various national strategic councils and industry associations.

His leadership style combines strategic foresight, operational excellence, and stakeholder diplomacy — critical assets in guiding Heritage Wealth’s cross-border partnerships and institutional scale-up. A Harvard and MIT-trained strategist, Charles is a Fellow of both the Royal Aeronautical Society and the Chartered Management Institute (UK).
